PEP is for self-starters, who like to challenge the status quo.
They believe in ideas that have the power to change the word.
They are highly competitive, but like to compete with themselves.
They are consumed with the thought of how to make things happen.
Typically, PEP students should display traits and habits of an inventor, innovator, doer or a wannapreneur. They must show hunger to work on radical ideas to launch new ventures. Such hunger usually comes from passion for life, thinking, working and aspiring to solve real life problems in radically different ways.

TES is a place for students who are self-driven, willing to capitalize on the resources and work with the 360 degree ecosystem that the School provides. It is the place where self-starters can really thrive.

PEP is ideal for young graduates, entrepreneurially inclined and looking to start their own venture in the next 6 to 18 months.
The PEP 2014 batch had students in the age group of 22 to 26, typically with 1 to 5 years of professional or startup work experience.
One of the most common FAQs that we get is, I have been into business for a few years, but I do not have a graduate degree. Would TES consider us for PEP?
TES believes that there are several people with “proven” entrepreneurial experience without proper educational qualification. We are very happy to consider such ‘exceptional candidates’ with very strong entrepreneurial instincts / record.
